Below, we highlight a number of processes implemented in our manufacturing facilities that minimise our effect on the environment.
Sustainable
Printing Paper
We offer certified, environmentally responsible papers manufactured under PEFC (PEFC/40-21-23) and FSC® (FSC® C015259) chain of custody accreditation. This allows us to supply papers with strict guaranteed-origin certification, giving you confidence that your print materials support sustainable forestry, ethical sourcing, and the protection of forests for future generations.
Paper Waste Reduction
At DASH Design and Print, we proudly partner with Reclaim to manage our paper and board waste. Reclaim collects approximately ten tonnes of cardboard and paper waste each month, which is then recycled and transformed into new products.
Sustainable
Aluminium Plates
We use a digital-to-plate technology that does not require water or chemicals in the developing the aluminium offset plates, and then the used metal plates are collected for recycling through local facilities.
Recycling aluminium from printing plates requires only 5% of the energy needed to produce new aluminium. This energy savings translates to substantial reductions in carbon emissions.
New Technologies
POWER.
Our LED UV A1 printing press reduces environmental damage by reducing overall energy usage by 70% to 80% compared to a conventional press.
ALCOHOL FREE.
Isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is a major source of greenhouse gas emissions and a product commonly found in the printing industry. Our printing process does not use any IPA.

By carefully planning our transport processes and partnering with the right freight providers, we work to optimise logistics, minimise our carbon footprint, and support a more sustainable supply chain.
