Welcome to Dash Design and Print, a family-owned business proudly serving customers throughout Central Otago and across New Zealand. Our story is deeply connected to the region’s history, with roots dating back to the gold rush era of the 1860s, when the Stevens family established the Dunstan Times and the Alexandra Herald. Over the years, the business evolved and later became known as Otago Daily Times Print.

In 2024, we —  Steve and Natalia Morait — proudly took ownership of the business and continued its long-standing local legacy. For Steve, this journey has been more than 30 years in the making, having managed the business for three decades before becoming an owner. Natalia brings more than 11 years of experience in pre-press and design, with a passion for helping bring ideas to life.

As a family business, we value personal service, quality workmanship, and strong relationships with our customers. Whether it’s business printing, design, or custom projects, we’re proud to combine generations of printing history with a modern, hands-on approach.
